The Faculty Ethics Assessment Committee for the Humanities (FETC-H) safeguards the integrity of empirical research involving human participants conducted within the Faculty of Humanities. It does so by assessing all proposed studies involving participants in advance against criteria relating to the provision of adequate and complete information to participants, acceptable levels of burden and risk, and appropriate data management procedures.
